FHWU MEMBERSHIP MEETING

The membership meeting takes place on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm on Zoom. All members should try to attend this monthly meeting where we plan for monthly Labor-Management Meetings and bring up workplace issues to decided on a course of action, report back from DC37 Local 215, come up with future plans and campaigns for the FHWU, check in about contract enforcement issues and discussing shop stewarding issues. An agenda for this meeting will be sent out a day or two before, so please email fountainhouseworkers@gmail.com to add any issue to the agenda for the next meeting!

The “Labor-Management” Meeting is a monthly meeting between Fountain House administrators and representatives of the union. We use this meeting to talk to administration about any concerns related to the FHWU contract, but more generally, to discuss issues and share ideas for making Fountain House a better clubhouse and workplace. The union will discuss the agenda at the monthly membership meeting, and will send out notes from the meeting afterward. Please email the FHWU Organizing Committee to join the monthly meeting and get involved with the Labor-Management Committee.
